5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
3 tbsp Soy Sauce (Mike recommends Kikkoman Soya Sauce)
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Green chilli (halved and deseeded)
25g ginger Garlic 4 cloves (peeled)
25g coriander (including stalks)
Add all of the ingredients into a jug and then use a stick blender to make into a smooth sauce.
Use as a marinade for your meat or add to a stir fry just before you serve.
Top Tip: If you have any left, place in a jar in the fridge and keep for up to 5 days!
