Fork Buffets: ever popular for lunches and dinners,we have a choice of hot or cold.
Fork Buffets work well when celebrating most occasions,especially where a degree of informality and a need for a faster style of food service is required.They are relaxed and take away the stress of worrying about a sit down meal and who will eat what or who will sit next to who.
With a fork buffet we set up the buffet table and when you have asked for the food to be served then that is when the food is served.You may select choices from the selector or alternatively opt for our packaged selections perfect  to make your occasion speical and please the most discerning of tastebuds.
Hot Buffets are served in large gel fuelled chaffing dishes depending on the number of choices you have ordered or on carvery tables.They remain 'live' from buffet start time for one hour of service according to food safety regulations.This gives an ample amount of time to feed over one hundred guests adequately - infact often for second helpings!
If you have ordered a two course fork buffet, desserts are served immediately following the clearing of your main course plates.
A hot fork buffet is generally completed within one and a half hours leaving plenty of time for you and your guests to enjoy the rest of your event.
We have found two course fork buffets are the most popular but it is not unusual to opt for three or simply main course only. Choices are led by budget but try to keep it simple bare in mind the more choice you offer the more your guests will either struggle to choose or go for everything on offer!
 
Selected Vegetables and Potatoes or Braised Rice are included in the price of your main course options.

Any two choices from this menu  ₤from 7.50 per person
Further main course choices may be added at an additional ₤1.50 per person.
Vegetarian Option can be provided in small quantity at no extra cost. 
Add either a starter or a dessert from the menu selectors to make your buffet two courses for only  ₤from 10.95 per person.
Prices include , crockery, cutlery, napkins and table covers if required. Prices quoted will include service staff where numbers attending exceed 50.
